This service centre is a nightmare for us!! My niece phone SAMSUNG GLALXY m30s has been ocassionaly hung and auto-restarted due to unknown reason. So we took it to this centre to see to (reparation) it. We have to leave the phone for a day to see what the actual problem was for the centre';s technician. And after a day the centre came up with their found issues in the phone - i.e. the existence of water in the charger port circuit or board (whaterver it is called). So they changed the charging board/port and they told us that the phone was working fine and told us to collect it for ₹ 2200/- which we did. But As soon as we inserted the SIM cards the problems comes back and the phone started hanging and auto-restarting even more frequent than ever before!! So we took it back to the centre again; and they said, after some research and problem detection process were done, that there was an issue with the phone mainboard /motherboard and it needs to be replaced with a brand new one. For that board we have to pay 10000 (ten thousand ru[pees) which we decline to agree for and with that repair. So we took the phone back after two days. and here with the most irritating thing happened. Even more damagingly the phone starts hanging & auto-restarting much more frequently than even all ever before!!

My phone went kaput after software update. Went to Service Centre amidst lockdown & problem solved within 10-20 minutes! But please update contact number
