Very Very Bad experience.nn1. Just a day before when we called to enquire about the delivery which was on the next day, they say due to so and so reason the ordered item couldn't be delivered. Who on this Earth won't have a courtesy to call and inform the customer about the change in plan and how would customer arrange a furniture in such a short period?nn2. Secondly, owner should have given us an option to return our advance amount that was paid so that we could look for other options. But NO he never gave us a chance rather we were made bound to buy furniture of what was available in the store.nn3. The billed agreement was inclusive of service to complete the fitting on a different date once the function is over. However when the day arrived he started saying we have to pay 1000 extra to get the service.nnSuch inhuman activity of the owner and the way he was arguing was truly disappointing.nnI would never ever recommend anyone to visit such kind of Shops where they don't even know how to talk to customer and how to behave. For sure he will get back of what he has done.

Recently purchased a office chair, after few days of use the the seat adjuster is not working properly it is automatically going down. The products are not worthy and poor quality.

Friendly staff but they don't have variety of stocks. Also products are not value for money. Feeling like I have purchased a used product.
