Good place. Many shops are there for marketing and other working purposes. Many breakfast and fastfood centre are there for food.

BTM Chowk is very old one. The name BTM refer to Bhaskar Textile Mill. BTM Employees colony was here. But after close of this mill most of Employees of BTM stay here forever and made a good society. And the chowk got the name as BTM CHOWK.

Btm is the Short form of bhaskar textile mills, it is prime location of jharsuguda, it is also the entry point of the city. A small market, Jagannath mandir is there. Located just beside sundargarh bypass road and national highway 49.
