I'll tell you the truth about this showroom's service center. The story goes like this: I own a Hyundai i20 diesel and it's ac condenser once got damaged unfortunately. I called the service manager and asked him to get me one as those parts aren't readily available there. He ordered and I took my vehicle and got it disassembled only to realise later that the part was of a petrol car. The service manager said that he won't charge me for the disassembly. I got furious and said that I won't pay a penny. Fast forward four months or so. I lodged an online complaint saying that if Hyundai can't give proper service then why do they bother to sell their cars. They connected me to the Bokaro office and said that they would resolve my complaint soon. Six months has passed. I'm still waiting. Frustrated, I got it done from Ranchi. And mind you I am from Pakur. Hyundai's SERVICE in rural areas SUCKS!!!. PERIOD!!!

This one of the only Hyundai car showroom in Dumka. Located on the Bhagalpur road at Babupur. This showroom have very basic facilities. Limited car models are available, test drive facility is not available for all the models. This showroom also have s service center, this is small and very limited options are available. Mechanics are not much experienced and most of the time parts are not available. Sometimes engine oil is not available during the vehicle servicing. They will ask for engine oil to be purchased from out side. But we have to understand that this a remote & interior place that's why limited resources & facilities are available.
