Bank is not much crowded as compare to other banks like Allahabad Bank, BOI Bank, PNB, ICICI Bank and etc, in Jamtara area. It lies in main bazar, beside V Mart, in a neat place. Most of the time remain uncrowded and this is because of many branches and Customer Service Point are available nearby. This bank provides many good facilities to their customers like instant cash withdrawal and deposite through Green Channel Machine which is completely paperless transaction that you just don't have to fill withdrawal form in order to withdraw cash.

The staffs work very fast but the number of counters are less. So it should be increase.
