Silicon ,an Engineering College and branches like computer science, electronic and communication engineering , civil engineering etc, situated at Sason, Sambalpur at a distance of about 15 km from main town but a good natural campus. Now how to move that place- if one is coming from Rourkela,Jharsuguda, Sundargarh etc one should stop at a distance of 15 km before reaching Sambalpur and of course do not cross the toll gate and just move left for a distance of about 5 km you will reach the college and also see that FBS business school is also functioning in that campus. If one is moving from Sambalpur side towards school start from Aithapali to Jharsuguda road , cross the toll gate and turn right to reach the school. While making a choice for admission first opt for Silicon, Bhubaneswar.

Situated at very remote area and there are no shops around for snacks or anything else. But it is well connected by road and 15km away from Sambalpur.

2km from Pradhan Paali chowk , easily accessible by walking , no need of Auto rickshaw(if not required). Cooperative staffs and greenish environment.
