Pathetic experience with pathetic people for Delhi to Fazilka route. They double book the bus where one has to struggle for seat and they won't even pay any heed even if you have to travel without seat.nnWorst experience!!nnTravel on your own risk...
The conductor of bus are so greedy that they slot to tickets which are already booked and they take money in their personal accounts.nWhile boarding, they don't provide you seat even after 1.5 hours of fight... referring to journey from Delhi to fazilka with conducted Jona, they can anyday make your travel experience worst and spoil your mood to come home...nThen they ask you to unborad the bus even if you have booked it a month ago...nSeriously guys they just have to earn their money, customer satisfaction never matters a bit..nStrongly suggest to travel from other sources..nCan't give negative stars otherwise have givenn-5 .nAnd its not only my case . In same bua many had to undergo such rubbish experience.nnYou may have to sit on stool on whole journey even after booking ticket for a month ago as we had to suffer..
