The bus didn't wait for 5 min and we said that we had a marriage and the bride was with us!! The driver and the whole srinath team didnt supported us for jst 5 min!! We told them that we are jst 5 min away form the boarding point, but the driver didnt stop the bus!!! We had a lot of loss on this regards as the bride was with us!! And we didn't reach on ring ceremony day!! Marriage Hall and all arrangements cost around 5 lakh was a waste for us!! As we need the compensation of the same we will reach to the higher authority!!nnIt was jst a case of 5 min!! It was Highly glad if you support us for the same!! It was a very shamefull moment in front of our laws!!nnHell Shrinath Agency and His Wole Team

Udaipur to lucknow volvo... Na water bottel provide kr rhe hai na wifi de rkha hai... N excuse diya toh barish ka... So why are you charging too much.... Worst service...

Worsts travel agency I ever seen in my life. Sending different boarding point. Bus stands on different position. Poor service. Verry bad experience
