Homely atmosphere. Co-operative management. Value for money. View of Pichhola lake is mind blowing. Love to sit on the terrace in the mornings and late evenings.

A heads up - the prices start from 1500₹ but the 1500₹ room is not worth having. It has no view and is like a closed room. What is worth taking up is the 2800₹ room (after tax). The view is amazing. Lal Ghat Guesthouse is right on the lake. They have food as well but the food is mediocre. If you order some Indian fare, tell them to not put much spices. You can also get liquor inside if you buy it from them. Expect to pay ₹250 exta as a service charge on each bottle. All in all an amazing place to stay in Udaipur. The balcony in the room alone is worth the money.

One of the best person of udaipur is in lalghat guest house. Very cool behaviour.

Soothing place.. calm.. just sit there and relax. The roads are little small but if you are a good driver than it's not a problem. Also many ghats nearby and are similarly beautiful and calm. must visit place.
