So much fun! The Harry Potter areas (in both parks) were a highlight for my family. I would recommend watching some YouTube videos about the park before planning your trip because there's a lot of information to help you get the most out of your time there. Also, download the app (on a fully charged phone!) My kids are 10 and 13 and they were the perfect ages for this park- they could ride all of the rides and endure all the walking. We did 2 days here and walked about 20,000 steps per day. Wear your most comfortable shoes!

Just wanted to say thank you for a great time! We spent a few days at both Universal and Islands of Adventure. The employees were polite and welcoming and did an exceptional job!!! Ride lines were within 30min or less for most rides and we were able to get on everything we wanted with little or no delay. Extra special thanks to everyone working in both Harry Potter areas. As crowded as they both were and busy the staff stayed in character and were patient and considerate. Great Job!!!

This was the most anticipated park I had wanted to go to. For my first time I have to say that it was an unforgettable experience for me and my friends. It was so epic, cinematic and fun! When you enter the parks you are greeted with such painstaking detail that immerses you in the parks atmosphere from the start. The service is very welcoming too! The food is amazing and the staff took the time to cook my food right. I am definitely going back next month!!

Absolutely love Universal Orlando! Right now they have the best deals going on for admission prices. The parks aren't as packed as they used to be. Which makes them all the more enjoyable to spend time with friends and loved ones. The safety procedures enacted are really great and not overwhelming. Definitely visit this year while things are the way they are. It will definitely be an experience to remember.

Very nice and clean hotel, we stayed here during a very busy time in Orlando and everything seemed to run very smooth in all parts. My husband and I felt very safe staying here. The food in the cafeteria was surprisingly delicious and stayed fresh, it was on the pricey side but its good for resort prices. There is a Starbucks in the lobby and a bar next door. The bartenders were quick and friendly and there was a good variety of options at the bar. Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay here again!
