They are not allowed to use washrooms for the people who are not staying in the hotel.

Very poorly maintained and derelict building. Very uncomfortable rooms. The TV doesn't work either. The bathroom is in a very poor state with leaking faucets and dirty fittings. The staff is very rude and ill mannered. To top it all the surroundings are very dirty. It cannot be approached by taxi, you need to walk some distance before you can reach. Overall very poor experience.
