Poor experience for airport pickup. I arranged for airport pickup for my parents who are senior citizens to be dropped at hotel at Lal Ghat. The driver did not ask the location where to go to nor for hotel name. He directly took them to Lal Bagh and some other hotel. Incidentally, my mother had seen photos of the hotel on the internet so she recognised that this wasn't the place they had to go to. Then after calling his owner, the driver took to my parents to Lal Ghat. He did not know the locations in Lal Ghat either, although he claimed he was a local. What kind of a driver does not cross check with the passenger where to go but takes them to a wrong place? This is not professional behaviour. They ended up wasting precious time during their already short tour.
