I joined USBank as a customer many years ago and have been extremely satisfied and happy with their service. All the personnel in the Woodstock Branch are Knowledgeable, Friendly, and have the genuine interest in their customers which I really appreciate. My experience with this Bank has been very pleasant! If a decision is made to permanently close this branch it would leave the Woodstock area without a USBank! That is not a good decision and I certainly hope that decision is not made.nnLooking forward to continue using USBank especially at the Woodstock Branch location.nnI  did my banking business with the Gull RD crew for some years prior to it closing down, and was always highly satisfied with the service. Now, and since the beginning of the pandemic I've been working with the Millwood branch. I must say; I am impressed with the lighting speed in which my calls are returned, emails replied to, and solutions are provided.nBeen a satisfied customer since about 2001 in BuenaVista, colo (Collegiate Peaks Bank). Excellent service whenever in bank over all these years. Will always be a customer of this bank as long as there exists a local branch near me.nThank younnMMRnnLaw suitsnnI recieved my stimulus check on my account now green dot card. Got the email notification an text alert but my card was expired. Called to put in a replacement card. They ordered me a new card told me 5 to 7 business days.nChecked on the website . Saysnthat is not supposed to be here till 2021 an my account balance is zero. They told me I had to send proof of who I was and proof of residency before I could receive my funds on the card.nFunny as if giving them my social security and addres as well as the account and routing number and my full name wasn't proof enough but they are sending the card to my address .nnI already tried sending proof but it is not letting me. I called the number an can't get a hold of anyone. Just get the robotic options. I will be talkin to my lawyer about getting a lawsuit to get my money an then somenand will personally take a flight to their head quarters as soon as possible.
