I took service of cab & room both from them. There cab service is excellent... the drive Mr. Ganapati cooperate very well, took us every place we want. It was really good.nBut there room service is the worst. I booked with them 1 month before with advance as per there demand(10%) but I think they didn't book any room. They just informed the hotels prior. after reaching didn't get room as per requirement. I told them we r 3 person with 2 senior citizens we need tripple occupancy. Reaching hotel reception said no triple occupancy in there. Although asked for 3 star hotels ... but not got 3 star hotel. So bad & cheap hotels they provided us. Even though once they provided a very small double bed room . But when I denied that they managed another good hotel but I hv to pay Rs 2000 extra for that.
