IRCTC Executive Lounge Madurai

We have taken our lunch here on December 30, 2019. The food offered here was tasty and fresh with beautifully designed neat and clean crockery. Service was also good but billing & payment system was not as professional as required in such places. They have not accepted digital payment which was surprisingly unique to me in Madurai railway station. So administration should take care of such lapses even it's not good for the business of IRCTC.nIf this review is helpful to you please press like.

A very neat place to stay in the travel break. Star hotel amenities in low budget. Very neatly maintained. Rs 60 per hour is very nominal for a/c lounge. Food is of very good quality,and that too in nominal price. Very friendly staff, didn't expect such hospitality in a railway station. Very good .

Awesome place. Pleasantly surprised to see that a railway station in India can offer such comfortable lounge for travelers. First of it's kind I've seen in any Railway station. The seating is similar to airport waiting area with TV at a minimal per hour charge. Even food (buffet) is available here on chargeable basis. There are reclining lounge chairs at additional cost if someone wanted to sleep there for a short while in a quiet room. Restroom is very clean. You dont need to book a hotel if you are spending only a few hours in transit. I'm very impressed.

1st time has come through private Lounge.. Finally things are going private. Waiting for one hour will cost u 60/per person. WiFi is available, hygiene bathroom, seats are comfortable.. I would say it was good experience. The government waiting hall will cost u 20rs/per hour person. It is also equally good.

It's a good place to relax for sometime. It is well maintained and air-conditioned. The staff here are very hospitable. There are few Retiring rooms as well to take a small nap. Also this lounge is first of its kind available in Kerala. The lounge also serves food for extra charges which seem to be decent. The ambience is good.
