State Bank Of India, Khunti

What an amazing current Branch manager this branch has got. My account was put on hold because of pending KYC and customer care was of no help (as they were only asking me to type different buttons all the time and finally disconnecting the call) and also I work in Delhi so visiting bank was not possible. Thank god my friends are in banking sector and that too in SBI so I got the number and mail ID of SBI khunti BM. BM is so down to earth and nice person as he resolved my issue all via call and mail. Best thing he called by himself and said my issue has been resolved and they have removed the hold from my account. Hope all bank employees treat their customer like this.

Bad costumer service. Bank staffs Treats rudely.ATM service is also in bad condition. Always showing server error on display. Where Two ATMs are present.
