Irresponsible staff working in the pharmacy.. I had to pay extra amount on a perfume bottle due to their careless behavior. It was clear that the perfumes I had got were buy one get one in offer. But the lady rings me back and informs me that they just got an information that the bottles were not in offer and asked me to pay for the other bottle. It was their mistake that they dint check before.. Worst pharmacy. It is a great disadvantage to have such a careless staff in a remote place of Madurai.

Very worst experience, I had it today in Apollo pharmacy. The two ladies by this time working can't able to handle five customer at a time to make bill and dispurse medicine. They are taking nearly 15 mins for a customer. Pls check cctv you had will figure out , what they are doing. Very slow.
