Samsung Service Centre Madurai

One of doggie Samsung service centre , they their to simply bill the customer even under the warranty time ..staffs group are thief they well trained to do big bill the customer please watch them while they do service .. they could damage the machine charge you money you must check their bills could fake fraud bills made by the local service centre instead as suppose to genuine generated by head office ..nthey fraud criminal doggie staffs working be aware of them .. make sure you ask question about the bills .. they systematically corrupted service centre

Waste of time and money while going to this service centre, they won't consider warranty details ,just they are focused on our money and pls don't refer this samsung service center.

Worst service center ever! They don't respect any customers. Will not attend any phone calls. Rude staffs. If you live at Madurai and buying a Samsung phone, and unfortunately if it fails to work, take a trip to nearby city and get your repair done. This service center is worsttttttttttttttttt. They take more than 10 days to get a display replacement done. Or prefer third party service center.

Worst Service Centre and Poor Knowledge and Service for which we need to wait for 1 to 2 hours for their worst service . Pls dont visit that centre. They are using duplicate products too...
