It is our good fortune to have a sun temple in the shape village in Telangana. Because there is no living thing on earth without the sun. The temple was built in the 11th century by the ancient Kakatiyas, though the sun lord is one of the five demons. It is a privilege to build this temple only with stone without using any clay or lime. To this day, those rock skills remain intact. What is special about this temple is that the rays of the sun enter the temple and cast a shadow on the pillar of the sun and it is a Trikuteshwara temple. Lord Surya, Lord Vishnu and Lord Shiva are enshrined in this temple. The people of the village neglected the temple and it fell into disrepair. Some thugs destroyed the idols for exclusive treasures and excavated inside the temple.

Shape The whole village seems to have a rich history. The structure of the Sun Temple in the same village is similar to the architecture of the Sun Temple with two floors. The whole masonry. Apart from this, the Trikutalayam is similar to the Pillalamarri Trikuta Temple near Suryapeta. If not there are Shivalingas on three sides and the temple is big compared to this sun temple. But the sculptures in front of each sanctum bear a slight resemblance.nThe idol of Lord Ganesha has fallen outside the temple precincts. Wonderfully carved sculpture but broken by falling.nThere is no suitable way .. You have to go through the bushes and thorn bushes. Much needs to be developed.nOn the way there are two statues next to the mound .. There is no idol of any kind or popularity .. One of the black stone .. I heard that it is a marble .. The other is a plain white stone ... The Archaeological Department can find the history of this village if they spend any time. It is also known that there is any connection with the Pillalamarri temples.nThe front should lead to reach the temple. It is a short distance from the village. No publicity. Some villagers, even those from the surrounding villages, do not know that there is an ancient temple here. Hoping that development will happen soon
