Apart from Teja who is Sr Stylist no one is professional and do their job properly, I have no idea why they hired manager who is not seen at her desk most of the times she spends half of her day with staff inside cabins, no one answers call and inspite of complaining that hot water is not coming for hair wash she didn't bother to go and check if geyser is on or not. Manager needs to be removed or she should lead by example for other staff. Teja was good and he is the only guy who does his job perfect.

I went for a facial and waxing, there only two girls for the entire crowd and the girl who took my facial and wax was NEERJA. HER NAME IS NEERJA. starting from facial , she gave me a used worn use and throw gown which we wear for facials n waxing I am also going to upload photos. That was all brown instead of white , it was so dirty and used by someone else already. When I asked her if it's used she agreed and then I had to ask for a new one. Then she completed my facial without giving any proper massage and she didn't use the rose water cotton for eyes and she was all in hurry burry for to get done with me as she had other clients waiting outside. The when I asked her to wax my hands she said madem dont do wax it will hurt you. She's telling me it hurts if I get wax done, as if iam getting it done for the first time. Lol. She wasn't wearing a mask , n when I asked her to wear a mask n come she wore it but below her nose it was and during the facial process she was litrally breathing on my face despite of having a mask. I asked for the threading for my eyebrows she said wait out il come n do bt when I came out she was already washing hair for another client and she asked me 2 wait for 20 mins bt they charged me the complete amount and they wer not even guilty of the bad customer service they wer providing. The worst palce 2 go, and high on charges and illitrate woman working who don't know they job. The pictures below are of the used gown that she first gave me after I asked for a new one she rolled it n kept it there to use it for someone else bt did not throw it .
