Best Gym in and around uppal.nTrainers are very good, very affordable prices.nBest quality equipment. You will not think about other Gyms after seeing this one.

A big spacious gym surrounding Uppal area providing high class facilitiesnFirst and foremost based on personal experience prices are very less considering ( Jerai-Begin strong ) India’s top fitness brandnSpecially This Gym equipped with some machines which are first foremost in hyderabadnFew gyms in the same lane has way higher prices comparing the facilities and equipment standards ( Simple looting people )nTop class coaching and assistance provided by gym instructorsnGym membership ID: AA36

Only best thing about this gym is it has ample space.nBut coming to other important factors.. this gym doesn't have below mentioned (very important)nn1. No Weights for Powerlifting like deadlifts,PowerCleans Or Squatsn2. Surprise to see they dont have skipping rope.n3. No seated cable row for Lat musclesn4. No Tire Flipping for crossfitn5. No Jump boxn6. Owner claims it's a crossfit gym..but this is a Gym without KettleBells (Funny)nn7. Management is concerned about power bill and always keep an eye on a.c. usage.. if thts the case they dont even have Pedestal fans..nnConsidering all of above. Gym is overly priced to its standards while we have 2 other gyms in same lane with more options than Efitness.nnNote before joining: Communication and ambience or space will not give us fitness but proper equipment and coach does.. Explore other gyms and choose wisely..
