Bal Gopal Park is outdoor gym built outside in a public park, with the all-weather construction of its exercise machines somewhat modeled on playground equipment. Basically here you can do Cardio, stretching exercises. As this is situated on Bhagirathi river bank you get fresh and oxygenated clean air too. Whether you are active sports lover or nature lover, yuo'll get mesmerized on visiting here and your ❤️ will proudly say "Yes! this is what our young generation needs." Guaranteed in my opinion this initiative is the little deflection which will result in huge positive change & district administration needs to work on this project of outdoor gym on many vacant places in the city, as this kind project not only beautifies the place but has the power to change several lifes in several ways like mental as well physical. Many informative boards about human body and house construction is displayed there via boards and on walls is again a creative concept👍.
