I have traveled on 25/10/19 from Manchester to Hyderabad I have worst experiences in my flight the air hostesses who is in the flight she served me ice cubes in the used glass the staff was not at all friendly and that to my flight got delayed for 8 hrs in Manchester and they told me they gone a pay me compensation amount of 600 euro’s they did not pay me till now they are not even giving any response from mail or calls I will suggest everyone not to use this airline
