The staff are welcoming and they actually try to resolve our issues but it's Air India so they can't help us. Even after they cancelled the flight, they didn't give us a refund saying that they have issued us the boarding pass. Issuing a boarding pass means nothing when the flight itself didn't leave the Airport.

There were only two persons attending the counter extending the wait time to ~40 minutes. I saw another lady come to counters sometime but not sit there. I feel three persons attending could have improves the wait time to a reasonable level. Attending persons were helpful.

Hi,nPositive: 1. Hospitality and service was good.n2. Informative!nnNegative: 1.Long wait!n2. Only 2 of the staff members we at desk serving the customers! Had to wait more than 1:30hrs to get my number.n3. Washrooms needs attention!n4. Important: I came to know that, they accept card(credit or debit) only if the card holder is present at the time of purchase! This was new for me.nnRequest: 1. To work on reducing the wait time.n2. Maintain working staff.n3.Washroom need attention.nnThank you!

Token system. Takes 15-20 mins per token. Two counters only. Don't go for general queries or things that can be done online.
