This is the best fitness centre in Varanasi for Ladies. We do a lot of fun activities all round the week. With a dedicated diet plan, we do yoga and aerobics for weight control and body fitness. I have been going here from the past 3 months and have seen a lot of changes in me, not only in my weight but also I feel more smart and confident in me and my body. Our trainer Jyoti is awsm & takes care of each member. The environment here is healthy and constructive and all of us support each other in taking the next step forward.
