The interior of Prana Spa is beautiful and the moment you enter the music and the aroma changes your mood completely, I opted for Prana massage and this was recommended to me by a friend as this massage is their creation, that comes with deep and strong technique , stretching and pressure points for the deepest relaxation that I experienced. The staff is friendly. They make you feel comfortable and relaxed the moment you enter. If this is your first time, this is the place for you and if you're someone who gets massages regularly then you should definitely check them out when you're here. One of my best massage experiences and I'm definitely going to come here again when I'm in Rishikesh next.

Great place, Highly recommend. The massage room was absolutely clean, massage was Great and relaxing. We Will go again next time we are in Rishikesh .

We had the most wonderful massage after 2 days of hiking and 1 day of white water rafting in Rishikesh at the Prana Spa. The owner, Abhishek, was most helpful and also tried to help us find a good meditation learner course. The massage was professional and well executed, the masseur knew his craft extremely well, and it was a much needed and very well done massage! Definitely recommended!

Mind and body both are at peace after this wonderfully done massage and the combo of pedicure and facial was just amazing and changed the whole appearance , great place with good facilities and fantastic people.
