This retreat offered me time to rest and reflect and an opportunity to treat my body with nourishing food as I did a four week Panchakarma. The team here are supportive and friendly and I was treated to some incredible experiences such as visits to temples and mantra lessons. This deepened and enriched my experience. One word of advice is to visit when the weather is mild as it was at times pretty cold here. Also try and opt for a river facing room as it is more restful. Everybody should go on a Ayurveda Retreat. It’s one of the best things you can do for yourself.

Great place for Ayurvedic treatments and/or Ayurvedic retreat. Lovely and welcoming staff which take care of you and treat as a part of the family. Amazing Ayurvedic food which enhances the Ayurvedic treatments.

I always love Rishikesh and its environment. I am happy with my course structure of the nutritional course, its been 14 days course with full of knowledge and natural exposure of different ingredients that I have heard in books.
