Was expecting good service but unfortunately it was not up to the standard and value for moneyn1. Delayed Pickup - Had to follow up several times for picking the clothes for laundry and even after that pickup guy came very late (beyond the agreed pickup time)nn2. The quality of wash and ironing was pathetic.It seems that the clothes have just simply been washed in plain water. Ironing too wasnt good at all.nnOverall not a good experience for me. Wont recommend it. Good concept/initiative but poor execution.
