Order No. #T7990 - Booked on Sunday (14-3-2021) so the delivery will be done on Tuesday instead delivery happened on Friday that too post various follow ups customer care service is pathetic and agency owner / Manager Sunil (tumble dry Gomti nagar lucknow) is clueless too he will offer you a timeline then breach the same with another excuse handed them my laundry and paid in advance post delayed delivery of 72 hours they mixed by laundry with someone else and one of my T-shirt went missing Terrible service Terrible company better give your clothes to a street laundry

The worst ever dry cleaning service in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. You ask them for a pick-up and they will keep you fooling that they are sending someone for pickup. When you call their customer care, they are as dumb as their complete staff.nNever ever opt for their services. They are totally fraud.

I gave my clothes for washing and ironing on 26th October, the guy who came for the pick up told that you will get them on 28th. Today it’s 30th October but I have not got single response yet.nI called them thrice and even tried to reach through whatsapp but no response.nVery unprofessional and poor service.
