Some people are good and some are rude and dont care for clients. Looks ablising

Pathetic service

Just similar to any corporate finance company. People deputed at Help desk are cooperative and there is a very simple procedure for claims and they need to improve on this issue by not asking original medical records. They may get them checked by their executives. Marketing executive's are only interested in fetching buisness but later reluctant to continue in after sales service.
