Worst service my car survey has been done one month back still surveyer has not submitted the documents. They keep saying we will update you asap. Worst service. Never ever buy car insurance policy from hdfc Argo. They are pathetic.

If possible i would have rate less than 1 star. I would never suggest to anyone to take any policy from HDFC ergo.. in terms of claim settlement their Surveyor just come to refuse the claimed things. My surveyor mr. Vivek bhadauria. Who rejected claim for not more than 3000 rs. My scooty met with accident and silencer got broken ant little bit front fiber damage .Survey closed without physical verification of the vehicle..
