Bakwas gym .....they have there own rules which are out of world

The administration head is horrible in manners. Due to corona they took money for 3 months and i was only able to go there for a month, instead of at least providing any other offer the staff talked with attitude. They should have provided some concession as i was ready to join again.

My experience was really bad , No professionalism at all I had payed for the entire one year but I could hardly go there for just two three months then there was lockdown...There was frequent change of trainers during that short period of time and no follow up or courtesy call from the gym if one is not regular bcoz of any valid reasons ...And even after lockdown they didn't bother to inform their clients to join back......And when I called them they said they cannot do any thing for lockdown period no adjustments at all.... Very rude behaviour.

Gym equipment is very nice as compared to other gym in Gomti Nagar extension but the staff especially the MANAGER IS EXTREMELY RUDE. At least the staff should be cooperative as they are running such a huge gym
