Novotel Lucknow Gomti Nagar

The hotel interior is really nice and it’s very comfortable. Unfortunately in room dining is way to expensive and the quantity is really less according to the price. Also they take approx 50 mins to bring the order. I was surprised to find out that even warming up earlier ordered hotel food took more than one hour. Had also availed laundry services where I was disappointed to find out that they had washed light colours clothing with dark colours as a result the light colour clothing was badly stained. This was after they had charged more than 1300 for five clothes. The manager was really polite and accommodating, after raising objections he had struck off the laundry bill. Overall stay was really comfortable. The room cleaning person did an awesome job as I was travelling with a child who had littered the room. The in room dining and laundry services were pathetic. I would advice you should stay there and eat out. Thank you.

Had an amazing time staying here with my daughter. Polite and courteous staff, mouth watering food, beautiful interiors, extremely comfortable room with all required amenities and all COVID related protocols being strictly followed. Poolside is the cherry on the cake with a marvelous dining area by its side. Water was clean and music was played all through to add on to our enjoyment. Breakfast buffet was included in our package and it was delicious with a wide variety and everything being served piping hot!!! It was a memorable experience... we'll be back, very soon ud83eudd70

I had a one night stay,the rooms were comfortable but had mosquitoes ud83dude44, didn't expect that since I had checked in late couldn't do much about it. The staff was cordial and I had a sumptuous breakfast though not an elaborate breakfast menu.nThe bakery items were good though.

Virtually empty restaurant and bar. Akk safety precautions are taken. Including online menu and payments. Good experience.

It is really very nice to meet Ravinder.. he is completely fit for hospitality..Stay was made really comfortable because of him. He went beyond the limits to make us feel comfortable. His generosity and kindness will take him long way. Hotel has a gem in him.
