One of the best in town. Amazing breakfast i really look forward to the breakfast every time I'm here. Have stayed here several times . love the place.

One of the well famed hotels in Lucknow located in a posh locality. The rooms are spacious and cozy with comfortable beds. Parking available within the hotel compound. Swimming pool is located on the terrace. However, the service is poor. The hotel is probably operating with a crew of staff that has inadequate manpower with a number of interns looking after the duties. I had to call up the staff 4 times just to avail room service. The customers are supposed to carry their own swim suit if they wish to take a dip in the swimming pool. The hotel does not provide swim dress. The food is expensive. However outside food is allowed. Security is pretty tight. Everytime one enters the hotel a bag scan is mandatory. The service maybe slow but the staff here is well mannered and courteous.
