Would you stay at a place where light goes in the middle of the night for 20 20min? Yeah, that was the experience. Food is great, hospitality is too! But basic electricity issues?

They deserve all the stars. I stayed in the month of Aug’20 peak of corona time they were super careful about following safety norms. Staff was helpful, courteous and above all they understood the term pandemic very well and executed all the safety norms well. ud83dude0aBuffet breakfast was served with utmost care.

We had a great time staying at Hyatt Regency Lucknow. Our check-in was delayed and we got our rooms by 4pm, but once we were in ,things got better. Dinner was on the house because of the check-in experience. Dinner and breakfast -amazing, lip-smackingly delicious! Rooms were comfy and cozy.Overall we had a pleasant stay!

I stayed at the hotel on 13.09.20. My stay was very average. Hygiene was well maintained and all COVID precautions were taken care of.nWorst was the attitude of the front desk staff, they were least bothered about your queries. They never picked up the phone and their attitude was rude. Mr. Varun at the front desk was an exception and was happy to assist us if we had some problems but rest of the front desk staff was too rude and they behaved as if they not bothered about their guest.nTheir resturant Rocco, was good and the chef was super humble along with the resturant staff. They made some super tasty delicacies with limited staff, which was great.nOverall a very average experience because of their hospitality.nIf one wants to stay in Lucknow try Novotel and Renaissance.Both are awsome
