It was a very nice experience learning Naturopathy from Dr.Shikha ma'am . Although my Mother Dr.Meera Gupta a well known naturopath Consultant Nagpur. But still I thought of learning few things from Shikha Ma'am . The topics covered in the course we're up to the mark. My favourite topic was Food and Combination , in which I had few difficulties but ma'am made me learn so well. My mother also teaches in the same way and that is the best thing in Shikha Ma'am she also teaches the Traditional Naturopathy in the same way. Dr.Shikha knows her subject very well.The clinic is excellent for health issues solved thru Nature.nSuperb hot foot bath,superb hot and cold natural treatment for Sternum and muscular pains,taking care of nerves and bones.Dr.Shikha has great caliber,keeping passion and in depth aspects.The staff is well knowledgeable.

Hi, I wish to share my experience of taking 2 week online course of Naturopathy with Dr. Shikha Gupta. The course is designed and delivered very effectively. In the course we got to understand the principles of Naturopathy, various therapies , massages and methods of curing illnesses. The course gave us a new perspective of taking care of ourself and our loved ones in a natural and healthy way.
