It was a very nice experience learning Naturopathy from Dr.Shikha ma'am . Although my Mother Dr.Meera Gupta a well known naturopath Consultant Nagpur. But still I thought of learning few things from Shikha Ma'am . The topics covered in the course we're up to the mark. My favourite topic was Food and Combination , in which I had few difficulties but ma'am made me learn so well.
