I've ordered two sets of flowers from Mahopac Shop Inc recently. Once for delivery for my mom's birthday and another for a pick up other. Both bouquets were good. With social distancing going on, the gentleman who delivered the flowers made sure to drop them off and stay back while my mom got them from the door. The other bouquet was for a graduation and it was huge.

The flowers for our daughters wedding bouquet were absolutely beautiful and the service is excellent. He even knew we were traveling to Cold Spring and packaged the flowers accordingly. Love, love, love this florist! Janet E.

Today I tried to call in for a delivery and was met with such sarcasm, jokes at my expense, and just an unpleasant experience overall by a female worker there. It's a shame because all my experiences in the past using MFS for flower deliveries have been wonderful. Talking to the female employee I spoke with on the phone there today makes me never want to use their business again. To the business owners there, I know you're not bad people, but please make sure your staff always brings kindness to their phone inquiries.
