Very disappointed with Divine Flowers. it appears the options shown on the website are not what is delivered. On 6th March I ordered 12 roses, a bottle of Moet + delivery = $197.80, to be delivered on 9th March. It appeared to be a special deal as the price with and without the Moet was the same. To check I was reading the website correctly I asked 3 co-workers to check it, they all read the same information I was looking at, one of them commented that it was a great deal and why would you buy just the roses! I have since checked with all of them and they all repeated the website definitely showed the Moet came with the 12 roses. The flowers were delivered late on the 9th (just before 6pm), and did NOT include the Moet. When I contacted Devine Flowers to query the difference I was told I had made a mistake, the website did not have the Moet included at the same price. I did not make the mistake, their website promoted one package and delivered a lesser package. I note the option on the website has since been updated. Shame on you Divine Flowers.
