Poor Service.. Bad Attitude...Unapologetic behavior... Don't have any etiquette how to deal with customer. The attitude is very bad with no good result. The guy names Abaid Khan was rude and arrogant, who thinks he knows everything but lack lot of knowledge.. Never expected this kind of attitude from a world known company SAMSUNG.. The other guy with mouth full of Gutkha had #WeDontCare attitude.. Sad to see and experience such behaviour...

They don't have knowledge about their work, lack of experience how to attand the customers they ruin Samsung name. My advice to Samsung to withdrawal service centre ..
