Worst Bank I had ever seen in my life even in the city banks where there are daily 1000s of customers they handle them with care and give them full satisfaction but here there is reverse situation no customer satisfaction no responsibilities. If you want to come here even to deposit your money you have to waste atleast an hour here and if have any other work regarding your account then you have to just move from one counter to another taking zerox of various papers. Worst situation here their staff needs to be well experienced not a new learner. Kindly make changes here as it is the main bank in diu.

Poorly service, stuff kept on sending me and my parents to counter to counter and wasted over 3 hours of our time, told us to fill in forms but stuff gave one form then said u need to fill another one as well. Stuff would as start talking on personal phones and to other stuff about other stuff not related to the bank making us wait even more
