Jyoti did a marvellous job. The pedicure was very soothing and it was thoroughly done. Nabin Manna is an extremely efficient and skilled hairdresser. I prefer to get my hair cut from him as long as it is possible. Overall I enjoyed my experience.

Seriously understaffed. There were only two people in the salon - of which the hairdresser was handling most of the work causing serious delay for everyone.

My experience was awsome, i took services hair spa and hair colouring from there, everything was good.My hsir stylist Nabin was very nice and humble, and done a good job.

I m not satisfied on pedicure nd facial.. bcoz they use 1 sachet to 2 or more people..

The salon is unlike the other well maintained Lakme Branches. The equipments look dirty and floor not clean. I opted for the pedicure they claimed is the best. They set a time limit in all the service provided and the focus is not on customer satisfaction. They barely massaged the feet and pack was applied on half of it in the name of protocol. Don’t even offer you something to drink. The music is crass and the feel is average. The pedicurist was sweet but the company binds them with protocols! Extremely Uncooperative staff!nnBetter opt for another place!
