The absolute worst clinic in kolkata. Staff wearing masks on their chins, no social distancing whatsoever. We needed a covid test. Upon inquiry, the customer service told us 100 people can be tested each day and it starts from 8 am. I arrived at 7 am and they told me 50 people can be tested which was already done by then. During a time of national need, these guys leave no stone unturned to harass people. On top of that, their behaviour was terrible. They can potentially cause deaths of critical patients. Please avoid this place at all costs if you wish to recover from whatever ails you. When the pandemic is over, the place needs to be shut down, by lawful force if necessary

Today morning at Pulse Diagnostics.. had a tough battle actually. Absolutely no social distancing, so unorganised.. neither the staff nor the people out there want to follow any rules.nOne of the good diagnostic centres, but nothing to follow.nThere was a ambulance patient, she had to beg for quick Billing and testing. No one to look into the matter. No higher authorities standing out there to look after. No safety dividers, no temp chk.nIt's upsetting to see that these, the foremost ones not ready to understand the pandemic.nBeing a reputed diagnostic centre alone isn't enough. You actually need to adhere to some rules and regulations too!!! :( :( :(

Worst diagnostic center i have ever visited.we had appointment but we hv bn told to visit at reception.usg is a condition where pt hs to hold urination.nAfter standing for almost half an hour at a counter they told us to collect a token from another counter.we from the medical field suffered this much then what wud b the condition of other patients i dont know.
