It is relatively clean. And has a good green environment. And nearby roads are well developed. The distance from major cities in West Bengal and Jharkhand are decreased due to the presence of this airport. The added advantage of durgapur railway station nearby is a note for regular travellers.

Cool Airport, I've been there. It is the third domestic flight operating airport in West Bengal. It is better than Bagdogra.

BAPL has lost its credibility as a good company. Although I have paid the full amount of Rs Fifteen Lac for the residential plot PE 156 alloted to me 4 years back the company neither registered the property in my name nor did they hand over the Audi A4 car that I won in the Raffle scheme draw 2014. The company is so fraudulent that they widely published my name in all leading news papers repeatedly to attract prospective buyers for the residential property in BAPL Andal Sujalam Sky City, near Durgapur.
