My name is Shivaji More. I am 73 years old. Two months ago I suffered from severe pain along the outer side of my right thigh. For few days I tried oil massaging with no substantial relief. My morning walk was totally stopped. Then I remembered of a message regarding McKenzie Physiotherapy by Dr. Priyanka Panchal. I visited her with my wife. She thoroughly checked me & ruled out any arthritis or sciatica problem and asked to do a specific exercise & visit her after two days. By second visit there was substantial improvement, pain diminished & I could walk about half a kilometre. She adviced to continue the same exercise and visit again after a week. I was totally relieved of my thigh pain within two weeks and just 3 visits. I also resumed my regular morning walk of 3-4kms. Thanks to Priyanka.
