Spacious room, especially considering the affordable prices levied. Hotel is centrally located, each tourist spot is a mere 5-10 mins away from the hotel, making it extremely hassle free.nRoom was clean, linens, pillow covers were clean.nThe bathroom, though a little tiny for one's convenience, was clean too.nnstaff was flexible with check out timing.nnWould suggest ordering/eating in/out from other local restaurants since the hotel's associate kitchen is unreasonably expensive.nnComfortable, hassle-free, and clean stay at reasonable prices. Completely recommended.nnPS:nDo not expect:na room with a view. our room's view was the backside of neighboring building and a school, but that wasn' t a major put off, personally.nFor those liking a view, avoid this stay.

Stay was really good. They didn't forced tk check out after time passed out. Check in and check out was smooth. Caretakers were very friendly. Water is available 24 hours. It is floor of an apartment building so water will not be problem. Searching this place may be hectic but map will guide at location. Hot water was available all time and cleaning was also good. It's not good hotel for rich people. It is budget hotel for budget travelers so those who are expecting lavish facility then they just avoid this. This is amongst cheapest hotel in daman. Location is in city so almost everything is nearby if you have your own vehicle. Unattached bathroom is cons but it hardly matters if you are in group and you have rooms in common flat.

AC not working..No functional kitchen or mess. Staff tried to help.. its a house converted into a hotel. Hence no experience of serving people.

Best way in to book the hotel online....nEven if U visit directly, without and pre booking staf will try their full level best to get U a good room.....nFamily, Adults, boys group or even girls group can visit at anytime and their staff will assist you.....nStaff is that much friendly that you can't imagine of...nStaff their treat you as a family...nThey and into customer satisfaction first and then into their business...nMuch visit.....nIt's at the city center of Daman... everything comes you need would be at walkable distance..nEnjoyed staying their...

Excellent place. Have been their regular guest. The current Manager Mr. Amit and the staff is very good. Far better than the previous two staff teams.nnHave had a luxurious experience in the heart of the city and that too at affordable prices.nnWhile it is a guest house, it serves the guests like a full-fledged hotel.nnThey are improving continuously. I only hope the suggestions that I shared personally with the owners are taken into account soon.nnPlease do come here. And have a good time.nn- Bhagirath Baria.
