Nothing on net which clears doubt and do confirm that cricket ground work has started or will get start soon. 4-5 years have lapsed, Till date no progress has been seen. As per my current update GDA is not granting permission due some sort of FAR issue, Electricity corporation is demanding 18 crore for shifting of High Tension wires from over project site, No NOC has been taken till date from Airports Authority of India. So, I don't see any near future development of same. Rest hope for the best... :-)
