Horrible and worst experience I ever got from the people who work their, I have bought 2 casual trouser worth rs 3998 and I have asked them to alter it cos the length was too big for me and they have simply cut the trouser from below and stitches and given to me but when I got the trouser I felt the trouser become little smaller so I have requested them to adjust it again even u charge me for that, the guy who works there he said it’s ok they will fix it and take it by evening. I Picked my trouser back in evening as they said they have adjusted them so I have paid the alteration charges and left peacefully and second day I had to travel to delhi and from there back to Dubai, once I reached Dubai so I have opened the trouser and felt cheated because those cheaters haven’t done any adjustment and took money also for the adjustment. And now I can’t do anything except cursing them. But I will make sure to go to the cheaters again on my summer vacation.nWorst customer service experience, please don’t buy from them anything, they are simply cheater they don’t have ethics.
