This guy is a fraud, he has promised to deliver the flats/house by November 2016 then March 2017 then again gave a new date for December 2017 then April 2018 and then he is absconding and no work has been done more for our flat/house. We have already paid him almost 98% of the contractual amount, but he wants 100% before even registering the property. He is demanding Rs.5 lakh as black money in cash to hand over the completed flat. Don't fall in the trap coz of the location. This property owner is a fraud, we will soon file an FIR against him in the Patna High Court to put him behind bars.
