One of the worst experience of my life that I visited this store to buy an IFB appliance. Mr Amit Shakya is highly unprofessional and never true to his words.nI paid for a product on 20th July 2020, it's been 61 days same didn't get delivered. He had extended the delivery date atleast 15 times. He is unprofessional and not reliable. I will not give a single star to this store. Please spare some time and visit other stores but don't visit this one. It's horrible.

So disappointed that the service center running in Raj Nagar Extension area have forgotten that it is about customer service. We never wanna to be served by them again and suggest them that others demand should also respect when they are earning hard money in return.
