one of the worst place to work at.nDO NOT JOIN IT AS CONTRACTUAL DOCTOR.nWorst management, useless office staff, completely unprofessional. Long work hours, and unjustified payment. Expect lots of office politics. The permanent doctors are one of the most unprofessional people you will find on the earth. Contractual doctors are often harassed, and have to do most of the duty. Better be of to some better place even at lesser pay. DO not get lured by 55K/month of salary. The working condition is much worse. 5000 in income tax, and another 5000 Rs. as HRA - you will lose 10K /month . Working 6 -7 days /week, with 2-3 nights/ day. Top it up with having to deal with the in-charge who is a pathetic guy. He will harass you for no reason. This is a place where medical profession takes back seat for an kitchen politics becomes the main job. Worked here for few months was appalled and completely disillusioned.
